You can ask Balamove to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to balamove47@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include your full name, the mobile number you used, and the name of the moving company you dealt with (if you are a customer), or your company name (if you have a Balamove company account).
3. We may contact you to confirm the request comes from you before deleting anything.

What happens next

• We will confirm we have received your request.
• We will delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days and let you know once it is done.
• Some records, such as bills and tax invoices, may need to be kept for the period required by law. These are kept securely and used only for that purpose.

Stop WhatsApp messages only
